Basic Shopping Steps:

- The list of shopping cart can be changed, if there is no doubt, you can press the "Checkout" button to the payment process
- Please select the shipping and payment method, and then press " Proceed to Checkout"
- Once again, check the information and remember to fill in the additional information, and "Pick-Up" or "Delivery", then you can press the "Place Order"

About our Products and Price:
- Product price - all the product price is in accordance with the sections, flowers, colour, size, packaging.
- Product Photo - all the photos are shot under the sunshine, the colour has been adjusted to the real object, there will be acceptable small colour difference.
- Product information - the drop list on the product page, has clearly list out the size, material information, colour, number, shape information, etc., to show reference.
About our Product Stock:
- Because flowers are seasonal, you can also check with us for the stock before the order.
- Basically in 2 -3 days (48hrs pre-order) lead time including sat and sun. Please arrange your order in 2-3 days in advance and choose your correct delivery date and time in your order.
About the existing Stocks and Styles:
- If we have any existing stocks in house, there is no need to pre-order, however, there is no customisation request on those product content and changing the styles.
- If you want to change the product content out of the drop list selection on our site, please contact our customer service for the custom arrangement. Prices are therefore likely to be adjusted. We will also reserve the rights of deciding the customisation base on your special request.
About our Gift-Cards:
- We will provide our default shop gift cards on your gifts. We also provide card board style for celebrations and larger gift styles.
- Basic pre-payment for general gifts order: $200
- Basic pre-payment for WEDDING's order: $500
- Basic pre-payment for PROJECT BASE items: 50% of the quotation amount
About Local Gifts Pick-up Points(Staff Delivery):
- Daily Pick-up time: Mon - Sun (9am - 9pm), please choose your correct pick-up date and time in your order.
- If in needs, we will contact you for the detailed pick-up time and location.
About Local Gifts Delivery(Door to Door Staff Delivery):
- Daily delivery time: Mon - Sun (9am - 9pm), please choose your correct delivery date and time in your order.
- For any other delivery request, please tell us and we will reserve our rights for the delivery decision.
- Each order needs one address and one person to sign off, for more than one addresses, please make another order.
- If there is any special days such as busy public holidays or under bad weather conditions that would lead to the delivery issue, we will notify you for the back up service in advance.
About International Gifts Shipping:
- We provide international shipping on some preserved gift items, generally shipping day for the city address takes 3-7 days.
- For some remote area, the shipping days will be longer.
